Search

Visitors search the way they talk. Kozite matches on meaning, so "when are applications due" finds the deadlines page even though those words never appear together on it.

Relevance gets you close. Your team knows which page people actually need.

Pinned results. Always show a page for certain searches, at the top as a featured result, with your own title.
Keyword boosts. Rank pages that mention a word higher when someone searches for it.
Page ranking. Raise, lower or hide individual pages.
Site sections. Rank everything under a path, like /news/, up or down. Enterprise.

See what people couldn't find.

Every search is logged with its result count and timing. Searches with few or no results are your content gaps, listed for you.

Chat

A chat assistant that answers from your content and nothing else. It looks up the most relevant pages first, answers from what it found, and lists them as sources.

If your content doesn't answer the question, it says so rather than guessing.

Up to five widgets, each with its own title, avatar and instructions for tone
Department scope. The library's widget answers only from library pages.
Allowed sites. A widget only works on the domains you list.
Knowledge. Upload documents that aren't on your site. Pro checks uploads for personal data such as Social Security and card numbers before they're used.
Conversations. Admins can read past conversations by widget and department, and see what people ask that your content doesn't answer.

Both widgets are for public information. Don't use them to collect health records, account details or other sensitive personal data; the chat widget reminds visitors of this too.
